He’ll be sharing the stage with Oliver Campbell from Dell to talk together about sustainability in action, and how a big business can collaborate with young blood to make a difference.
Ecovative has been collaborating with Oliver’s team at Dell to develop EcoCradle® Mushroom™ Packaging parts for their server multi-packs. This has led to the elimination of thousands of plastic foam packaging parts.
Ecovative Cofounder, Gavin McIntyre, will be speaking Tuesday, September 27th at the New York State Regional Councils Conference held at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany. How can regions use a cluster strategy that goes beyond slogans and hype?
Gavin will be joined on the panel by Dan Berglund, President and CEO of Ohio’s State Science and Technology Institute, and Paul Tolley, Executive Director of Smart Systems Technology Commercialization Center.
Ecovative has been named “Innovator of the Year” in the non-FDA regulated category of the 2011 Greener Package Awards. The data-driven “Innovator of the Year” award recognizes packaging that shows the most innovation for their category. Winners are recognized in Packaging World Magazine and at a special display at Pack Expo 2011, to be held this September in Las Vegas.
